I have had the absolute WORST experience and can say confidently that I will NEVER use the siteagain. It has been a month now and I still can not get decent assistance with the return of the merchandise. The company received the item back 1.7.10 and as of today I have yet to hear from anyone regarding getting my money back (minus a 10% fee by the way). This experience has completely soured on line shopping for me and I am telling EVERYONE who will listen how lame the customer service is..including the Better Business Bureau!!!	Overall Rating

When I caught it they blamed it on a front site but when asked why I wasn't informed if they knew the problem it got suddenly quiet. Wouldn't do business with them again.
