After they accepted my order they never notified me that they no longer carried the product I ordered until I called about delivery 10 days later. |

Placed order told next day it was not in stock and was back ordered but would be shipped out in days. After 10 days of customer service being unabel to tell if it had shipped or not, cancelled order. 2 bad, they've been good in the past. |

extremely unhappy, vendor tried to pull a bait and switch. offer a low price to bring in unsuspecting customers and then tell them they would not honor the price, that i could buy it at 3 times the price they listed. everyone stay away from this vendor, and from price grabber as well as they are doing nothing about it either. |

There was lack of good information on the ordering site, and if I didn't know specifics about the product, I would have went elsewhere to order it. Other than that, the transaction went through well, product arrived and worked. |

This item was listed as in stock.. some time passed and I contacted the company as to the status of this order and received no response.. After several attempts I received notice that the order should have arrived.. I had made a couple of attempts to get the UPS tracking number from them which they did not offer.. finally they sent an email stating that the item was back ordered.. I cannot recommend this company for these reasons |

This customer told me that they needed to cancel my order because of a error with paypal addresses. They told me they would refund and when the refund went through i could reorder no problem. When they finally refunded my money (5 days later) and I went to reorder and the drive wes $40 more. I called to get the price of the original price and they were very rude and unwilling to deal with the customer. I will never deal with them again. |

After placing the order, I waited a week and still could not find the order in their system. After several emails to them, I received an automated email that the item had shipped -- 10 days after I ordered it. I had ordered from them before with no issues, so this was unusual. I hope it hasn't become the norm. |

I have not received the product, or any response from the vendor so far. When I called them, they told me the item was back ordered even though the listing on ebay said they had 12 in stock. |
