Very slow in processing shipping. I purchased a second item from anotehr store that also offered free shipping and got the item in 2 days instead of 10 and at a cheaper price. |

I still do not have the order. I expect it will arrive shortly, but didn't even recieve the tracking number until 12 days after I made the purchase. Extremely slow processing. |

This was the worst possible experience! The order was processed,but the seller did not bother to advise me that the product was not shipped as they said it would be. After waiting 10 days, I called to be told that product was now on backorder. Stay away from this seller! I have now cancelled the order and will have to start an order process with someone that is reputable. PS They were still showing stock one week after my order was processed. Stay away from this seller! |

NextWarehouse called this morning (Feb. 15) to get my problem corrected. Therefore, I've changed their rating to a 5. NextWarehouse's Response: According to our record, on 2/2 customer provided us his visa credit card number to be charged due to his paypal address issue. That's why the paypal fund was refunded after we charged the visa card he provided. We had no way to know customer's visa card information without customer's input. That's why the monitor was shipped and delivered. |

Ya, it says don't rate shipping. so if you are ok with waiting 7 days for the item to ship then I guess it's a neutral rating of 3. other wise shop with someone else. I found the same item and had it two days after it was ordered going direct to another retailer. Just my opinion but, I'll never shop with PriceGrabber knowing how long it takes them to farm out my order to another retailer. |
