If I order on a Thursday, then I expect an item that shows in stock to be shipped at a minimum by the next day. This shipped following Tuesday which put the estimates of delivery times off by a week. Not good... NextWarehouse's Response: We have shipping option if you have time constraint issue. However, we guarantee that you will receive you will get the items within 5-8 business days if you choose the regular shipping. |

This is NOT what they tried to send me. Nextwarehouse tried to send me a kyocera 659 cell phone charger vs the Logitech Harmony 659 remote I ordered. And they believed that a $3 car charger was worth $75! NextWarehouse's Response: PriceGrabber has matched the battery (ECH 659)to remote controller (659) due to similiarity of the mfg. code. I have emailed info@pricegrbber.com to request the correction twice. |

I found this store while searching for the lowest price for a joystick on pricegrabber.com. I read the reviews before placing the order and they werent too favorable with most people complaining about long delays in receiving their orders but I decided to order from them and give them a chance because they had the lowest price for the product by $15. I placed my order on 02/12/2010 and two days later I got an email from their tech support to say that the product was unavailable and it was on backorder even though pricegrabber.com said that they had 10 in stock before I placed my order. So the tech support emailed me two days after I placed my order to say that the order would be delayed until 02/17/2010. I decided to wait since 02/12/2010 (order placement date) to 02/17/2010 isnt that much time to wait but its 02/22/2010 today and I emailed them this morning to see if I could get some tracking numbers for my order and they told me that the order is still on backorder with an ETA of 02/24/2010. I am not happy at all with my shopping experience with this vendor, and will not shop here agian. |
