Then I recieved a note from the company saying they didn't have any more and the order was cancelled. Then I checked thier store web site and saw my Item in stock but $20.00 more. I complained, but instead of checking and acknowledging the payment, Etronics just cancelled the order. I was later notified of this by Pricegrabber, and thus wasted almost a week because of poor communication and lack of customer relations. I will buy elsewhere for a few dollars more.	Overall Rating

Great price and great timing for me! Thanks ..... the transaction went very well. I had several detailed questions of the specifics of the lg refrigerator that were answered within 24 hrs. and then Etronics emailed me with the shipping and tracking information. I chose UPS 2nd day air to insure delivery, thinking an order consigned to UPS Tue or Wed, would allow Fri delivery. Paypal payment was taken Tue Sep 29. First inquiry sent at 3:30pm Sep 30, automated response received shortly thereafter. Real answer came on Fri Oct 1, saying order was shipped from 3rd party vendor and allow 24-72 hours. Camera didn't ship until Fri Oct 1, arriving on Mon Oct 5. Missed the birthday. What's the point of offering expedited shipping if it takes 4 days to consign an order. Take your business elsewhere. I caught it before it shipped and canceled the order. They said it was a mix up of model numbers and they didnt even sell the model number I purchased. I contacted the seller directly and they said they had my order and it would be processed. All of a suddend they cancelled my order without even contacting me. I called them to see what the problem was and they said it was backordered for 2 weeks. I told them that I would wait. After 2 weeks I called for a status. There was no communication with them until I initiated it. A week after I paid for the product I still had not received it. I emailed and they said they would send tracking info when the order shipped the next day. 3 days later I received an email that the product was back-ordered. They said it would be 2-3 weeks before it would be available. I am not happy because my money is now tied up, and I can't buy the product elsewhere.
