I ordered a wireless LAN adapter for a Samsung TV, and used the specific model number in the order. They sent me a substitute that doesn't work. Apparently, the one I ordered was discontinued, but no one advised me prior to ordering. |

I am neutral, the next day after placing my order I was informed the item was not in stock. I am positive for the excellent turn around time after informing them I needed item sooner and canceled the order. |

Service was ok. However, I had to send about 3 emails to get the status of the order and obtain a tracking number. Once I found that out, all was well and I got a great deal on this item. |

They didn't have my item in stock, and although they received my money immediately, it will now take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to get my refund. What a scam. I will NEVER use Pricegrabber or Etronicsoutlet again. |

I got a bad supply but it was just the way that the power supply was wrapped for shipping on the plug. They were very helpful and refunded my money with no hassle for a bad part sent. I have worked with vendors who don't care. I will do business with these people again. |

Initially there was a delay in shipping (3 days or so) until I emailed the vendor asking if they had shipped yet. Arrived ok but was disappointed to see so much packaging but yet the unit still had a small dent! Please, start supplying US-MADE products that don't get bounced around in sea containers. |

Did not receive a receipt or any other form of order confirmation after payment. After two weeks had to make contact with Etronics to confirm order and shipping status only to find out the item comes from a third party. No phone number must contact Etronics via e-mail. Lack of communication is unacceptable, especially involving hundreds of dollars over the internet. Not a comfortable way to do business. |
