I paid extra for 3 day shipping to be sure to have it well before Christmas and found it didn't ship out for 2 or 3 days before the three day shipping! Things are busy before Christmas so maybe we should expect that. |

The company that shipped the radio did not advise of the delay in shipping the radio. We had to call to get the status. We were very pleased with Price Grabber when we called to check on the radio they replied very quickly to our e-mail. |

Instead of the memory I had ordered, I received a package of black wire ties. Although I have been promised a refund, I really wanted to receive the memory as ordered. Etronics claims that they could not identify what I had ordered from the 3 different numbers that I gave them from the receipt I had printed. I even scanned the receipt and e-mailed it to them--with no luck. I doubt that I will ever do any further business with them. |
