Would have liked a way to call the actual vendor & order, etc. that way. Had no idea how long it would take to get to it's destination when it was ordered, etc. I don't spend much time on the computer checking e-mail, and would have liked to known more before buying. I'm told the unit got to it's destination, and seems to be working as well for them, as the one we have had for almost 1 year now. It did cost a bit less going this route (Where I bought ours from, no longer carries it.)	Overall Rating
