The product came quickly but I was disappointed I was charged 13 dollars for shipping and my Mack Warranty came in a plain envelope via us mail. I sent an email to the company but there was no response. |

I ordered YSP-4000 Home Theater System for 1153.11 which is the lowest price I found on the internet. Got a phone call within couple of hours to confirm my order and address. Item was shipped next day and tracking number sent. I received my item in good condition and packaging indicated that item was new. Overall, I had a great experience with Limited Goods. Side note: the tracking number email sent by Limited Goods was flagged as spam by my email provider. I had to flag it as not spam. I thought I'd mentioned this as I saw a couple of reviews complaining about not getting emails. |

Did not have a good experience with Limited Goods but your luck may vary..specially if you don't need your item right away. I placed the order on 12/19 with hopes of receiving it by 12/24 but the order sat on pending status until 12/21. I e-mailed to ask why and they replied right away stating that the order would ship out that day, 12/21..they added that there was a chance that the item may arrive by 12/24. I knew that was too optimistic, it arrived 3 days later :( I was impressed by their promptness in acknowledging e-mails. I wished they were as efficient in processing orders and shipping them out. Limited Goods PG East's Response: Customer ordered item on Friday the 19th. UPS does not ship on Saturday, so we shipped it first thing on Monday morning. Customer got it ups ground in 3 days, which is a usual shipping time. |

Made the purchase and waited two weeks with and no package, so I checked the website, and the status still showed up as (pending). It was the holidays and I could not get ahold of customer service via phone so I send a message with my complaint and got no reply. I kept calling and got a person (an actual human person answered the phone) and after a month, was informed they did not sell the product I purchased any longer, and I should expect a full refund soon. I havent seen the refund yet, but its only been 3 days. |
