Smooth. I live in small community and no merchant carries the product I purchased. I do most of my shopping online. This transaction was least expensive (beat out Amazon:Go PriceGrabber), yet was the product I needed and went as it should. |

High points for getting the product to me on time and in good shipping condition. Product appeared to be new with no indication the box had been opened. One function did not work. The headphone jack output did not work. No sound using several different headphones. Additionally, the external speakers do not go off when the headphone jack is inserted. Item was advertised with "Free Shipping". I received a call saying that they could not ship it via UPS because item was too heavy and it would be destroyed in transit. It had to be shipped via a trucking company and it would cost an extra $45.00. I said O.K. When the item arrived, it came via Fedex. ??? Bait and switch??? Limited Goods PG East's Response: the item was shipped FedEX FREIGHT |

Very good seller, here's why, they mistakening shipped the wrong product, but were quick to respond to my inquiry and quick to ship me the correct product. They answered every email and even phoned me to make sure every thing was getting corrected to my satisfaction. Five Stars!!! A good test of a seller is what they do when there is a mistake. The one was AAA. |
