Shipping options were shown on the previous page, but not the cost for each. I would like to see the shipping costs specified earlier. It is common to see a list for shipping options with pricing information included. That is a needed improvement here. The main problem is the ordering system. The shipping costs aren't clear or calculated for you. The order form was fussy and unclear, and they shipped DHL Express and not what I told them to use. No tracking number was provided, and the it showed up beat up/partially opened. Also, 11 days to move 164 miles... yeah and it wasn't cheap either. There's room for improvement somewhere! But in your confirmation email you left your address. I am always interested in older, worthwhile movies. So I gave your site a chance. It was easy to use for the most part. But it was very frustrating to browse a topic without a tite or actor; just to browse. Browsing was how I located the two movies I have ordered. I used their special request feature, but they were unable to locate any, so I've ordered from amazon. Using their site was frustrating because it was often slow & I kept getting error messages. The toll-free number on the site didn't work, but they did call immediately when I used the "live call" feature. I felt a little uneasy, but gave them a chance because their prices are good.
