The only thing that I'm disappointed about is that the ring appraised for $1600 not the full $1900 as expected. Overall it was a great deal and Im extremely pleased with the purchase.	Overall Rating

I didn't get them appraised right away and the 30 day "return" window passed and they won't provide me with the product that was advertised and paid for. I would never do business with this company. They are taking advantage of people and hoping that their customers don't get appraisals. If you do buy from them be sure to get an appraisal right away. UPDATED 8/3/09 - The below retailer response is a flat out lie. I had the earrings appraised by an independent appraiser not associated with a jewelry store and the earrings were simply not what was represented to me when I made the purchase. After talks of legal action due to fraud WorldJewels agreed to replace the .86 ct earrings with the 1 ct earrings that I ordered. They did replace them, except they sent much lower quality earrings than what I originally had and the INDEPENDENT appraiser appraised them at an even lower value. STAY AWAY! Retailer Response (07/24/2009): We sent the customer a total weight of 1.00carat stud earrings. After 36 months, customer called saying that the diamonds were estimated at .86 in total weight by a local jewelry store. Customer was informed that the only way to get the exact weight of the stones is to remove the diamonds from the setting. Customer was advised to send it back for evaluation. The total correct weight of 1.00 was the result of the evaluation. It is so unfortunate that some jewelry store would provide customer false information because of competition. I will NEVER buy another thing from this company. They are rude, awful, and completely unprofessional. First they shipped me the wrong ring. Then after many attempts to contact them, a rude woman told me I would have to pay to ship their mistake back to them. I was told the shipping would be refunded once they verified it was their mistake. Well over a month later, I am still waiting for the credit for my shipping and my emails have not been returned. Also, their appraisals are a crock. They don't have them done independently, so it is valued at whatever they want to put on the piece of paper. Thats a detail they seem to leave out. If you want a better experience than I had, I would recommend any company EXCEPT World Jewels. Take my word for it, their prices are not worth the trouble! Retailer Response (03/10/2008): We unfortunately send the customer the wrong ring, but nobody was ever rude to her. We also issued credit for shipping and gave her additional discount. The ring is beautiful, and I am happy with it. Just by looking at it in plain view, you can not see any imperfections with the diamond, and it sparkles like crazy. I do have to say though, that their appraisal is not very accurate. It says SI clarity, and G-H color. There are some obvious spots on the diamond that you can see when held up to the light, which is not SI clarity. I plan on getting the ring professionally appraised, because I wouldn't count on their appraisal for insurance purposes. So, overall I am happy, but think the World Jewels appraisals could be more descriptive, giving cut, exact clarity rating (si1, si2, etc) and more accurate.	Overall Rating

I still have not get refund although their website says it will take 6-8 days. Try to call, but they always put you on hold. Took them more than 3 weeks and many calls to refund me and after all that they charged me a cancelation fee of $10. Very disappointed. Retailer Response (03/27/2007): We do not have anybody with that name or email in our system. All of our merchandise is hand crafted; and therefore, it takes up to 6 business days to be processed.
