Customer service line is very good. My 50in TV broke during shipping (they use Fedex Freight), but their customer service is easily reached and they sent out another one for me. One problem is they did charge me to send out my replacement TV, as I didn't want to wait for them to receive my return. I thought this was unecessary as I rejected the shipment after checking it out on the Fedex truck. Why would they need to secure a return I never touched? Surely nothing I did would preclude me from a refund, am I right? In any case, they still handled things promptly and courteously. If that return/exchange is the extent of their mismanagement, I can't take off any stars for we live in a relative world, and relatively speaking, Vann's prices, service, and inventory warrant a five-star review. |

First time order TV online, great experience, samsung PN58B650, price was by far the cheapest, order on 12/06/09 got it on 12/10/09, with free shipping, 4 days is fast, the TV is great, does buzz tho, so as my Panisonic, can't hear it form 3 feet away. |

Fantastic customer service! My wife ordered a Samsung 58"Plasma, PN58B860 for me as a surprise anniversary gift. I had been eyeing this baby for several months but never made the commitment. It arrived in a damaged box. I conducted a "box forensics study" & determined a fork lift punctured the bottom front of the box & shattered the screen. Delivered by FedEx. Contacted Vann's Customer Service and received an apology (not their fault)and my options. Made arrangements with C.S. for replacement and received it with no damage. All at no costs for shipping to me, the customer. Customer Service was exemplary, personable and caring. I had an all around very positive experience with Vann's. After a lot of research, I found Vann's to have the lowest price, no shipping, no taxes. I do admit I had concerns with ordering a large item like this on the net, but that has diminished with my Vann's experience. I highly recommend the Vann's choice. Real person, real experience!! Was looking for a Samsung 50" 1080P plasma and Vanns was the least. i didn't expect the deal on the matching Blu ray (bought them both for $1100) and save myself $500 from Best Buy's lowest price!! After all of this it shipped the same day and I had in 2 days.. I will be buying there any chance i can. I was able to buy a pair of KLIPSCH speakers from what I saved!! WOW! |

Best experience. Honest, fast, professional. I chose Vann’s for several reasons. 1. High level of satisfaction their customers were expressing. 2. Great price. 3. Free shipping (and no tax for Florida). 4. Pre-order and “notify me” options. I signed up to be notified when the TV becomes available and received an email about two weeks later. I placed my order the same day in the evening and got confirmation moments later. Order was approved and shipped next day morning!!! About an hour or so later I received tracking number and detailed instructions regarding pickup. I received the TV as promised (one day sooner than original estimate). The driver was very nice and actually brought the TV inside, suggested that I should check for damage not only the box but the TV as well and also helped with unpacking! The entire process was easy, pleasant and fast. There were no tricks, no games and no surprises. Bottom line: I’m very satisfied and would buy from Vann’s any time. |

Okay, I'm impressed. I ordered a set of surround speakers, and a subwoofer, two line items. From the time I confirmed my order, it took an hour and a half to ship both line items and send me tracking numbers. I really liked that they e-mailed me at every step. I have a feeling if I needed to contact them again, they would be just as on it. This my first experience with Vann's. I'll use them again. What is really funny, my son ordered the same items from Amazon and Crutchfield earlier in the day, and those guys are industry elites. I shop a lot with them, but I bet I get my speakers first. This is going to be funny. |

One of the best online purchases ever. Bought a DVD player over the Memorial day weekend. Within a day I had received 4 emails from them, confirming the order, approving the order, shipping the order and tracking info. The item was received on the 4th day via FedEx. Simply unbelievable!! There was a problem with the DVD player and I nervously called customer service expecting to pay shipping and restocking fees etc. The phone was answered on the first ring by a very nice gentleman, Jon Savage. He was very sympathetic and issued an RMA immediately and offered to provide a full refund. I chose to purchase an alternate model instead. Within 24 hours of the returned item, they had the new item shipped. Guys, these are the phenomenal. Don't look elsewhere. If they have it, just buy from them. |

I was shopping for a particular 52" LCD TV that has only very recently become available. The Vann's site posted a price that was excellent and offered the opportunity to check a box to have them email me when they first had the item in stock. I checked the box, they emailed me about 2 weeks later to notify me that they had the item, I went to their web site and purchased the item there, and everything about the transaction proceeded smoothly and efficiently (including no pestering of me to purchase additional accessories). |

After placing orders for the Samsung HZ15W Digicam on several sites (Computers4sure, Costcentral, and Fotoconnection) only to find out that each site did not have the item in stock - even though they confirmed that it was at the time of order - Vann's was a pleasant return to normalcy. I ordered it and within 4hrs I had e-mails for the order confirmation, purchase approval, shipping, and tracking from fedex. Quite a contrast to the tactics others use to delay and "secure" your order. Vann's is the real deal and the product is amazing. I will order from them again without hesitation. Thanks Vann's!!! |

After ordering a Pioneer Reciever throughs Vanns, I immediatly received a confirmation email. Moments later received another e-mail from Vanns asking that I call to verify the order for security purposes. I called the number given and a breathing person actually answered the phone, no prompts.Because the shipping address was different than my billing address Vanns wanted to verify I indeed was the card holder. In all of my on-line ordereing I have never had a seller call to confirm for security purposes. Being a recent victim to idenity theft Vann's policies should be praised and should set the standards for other sellers. After verifying that I was the purchaser I received yet another prompt e-mail stating the product had shipped and was given a tracking number. Pricing through Vanns was competitive but their excellent service makes them the best buy. There is nothing more I could ask or expect from a seller. 10 out of 10 |
