Peter, the assistant manager, was very pleasant and extremely helpful with my order. I found him to be extremely honest. There was a small problem with my special shipping, but Jason Scott made that problem go away. He was very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to speak with. I have already recommended Abe's of Maine to my friends. You cannot beat the price and the help and service I received was fantastic. You can even speak with a real human being. They'd have had my business if they just continued with the order I'd entered on their site. Instead, I received a series of emails (with tons of typos) telling me I had to "validate my order." Once I cancelled, they tried to "upgrade" my shipping to the original method I'd paid for. Not worth saving $50 by using this low quality company. Too risky on a big ticket item like a TV. I think it was really an attempt to sell me something. After receiving the call, I decided to cancel my order, and the salesman gave me a real difficult time and was rude. A salesman was pressuring me to buy more accessories and more expensive shipping.The salesman waited until I could call before releasing my TV for pickup. This delayed my shipment by 3 days on top of the 5 days that it normally takes. I wasn't happy about the "upsell" delay.	Overall Rating
