I spend a couple thousand dollars each year on technology products and now - I will always check with J & R first. You have to call to have the additional cards used. The billing credits do not reflect on the order history page in real time - or 4 days and two calls later (at the time of writing this review) for that matter. No gift card balance check online. The CSRs are helpful when called but there is conflicting information provided about cashback from affiliate sites. Might end up as a loss to some - like me.	Overall Rating
