What more in the way of Kudos does one need, so I bought from J&R and this retailer is everything Pentax indicated and more. I will buy ALL my photography gear from J&R!	Overall Rating

In all my other dealings with JR.com, they'd ship my order directly, or if an order was backordered, they'd ship me the rest of my order, notifiying me by email of the shipping and backorder. I ordered on March 6th. I called and emailed Customer Service several times, beginning March 10th. Each time, was told that my order would be shipped the next day. It was not. They finally shipped PART of my order on March 17th. I hope that this is not the new policy for JR.com. If it is, they will lose my business. I ordered from JR.com because I needed the item quickly. I will give JR.com another chance, but if they are late on my order again, I'll go elsewhere.	Overall Rating

Unlike others, they don't charge sales tax or handeling on the free shipping. UPS sent my package to the wrong house but they corrected their mistake without charge.
