The only part of the process that I do not enjoy is the detailed and somewhat complicated rebate process and instructions. If you could find a way to simplify these areas (rebate process and rebate instructions) I would raise my evaluation to excellent in most categories. Decided to give them a second chance and boy am I kicking myself. I am convinced their customer service reps only get paid based on how many customers they can turn down for refunds and returns. They are the most untrustworthy merchant on the web IMHO, and that is saying a lot because I buy a lot of stuff from the web. I've been given the run-around the past few weeks on where my order is, and the worst part of all of this is that even though I have yet to receive the order and that nothing was ever shipped out, when I requested a cancellation and refund, the rep basically refused, then conceded, then tried to go behind my back and send the order anyway so that I wouldn't be able to return it! What a complete (female dog) and a complete turd of a company.	Overall Rating
