The watch I ordered was not in stock and discontinued. That's fine... I wish someone from JacobTime would have let me know that. I'm glad I called, though. If I didn't, I probably wouldn't have been able to get my wife the watch she wanted for Christmas. Customer service should be a primary staple when running a business... unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be with JacobTime.	Overall Rating

First they take the order and charge my credit card, then 4 days later at 630PM I receive an email stating they only have half the order. The following day I call them and speak to sales and find out they only have one of what I was ordering and they are shipping it immediately! My new Omega watch came with all the tags and papers. I verified the serial number with Omega and everything checked out. My item was delayed 1 day, (Not Jacob Time's fault) by UPS. Website specifically states "We receive all of our watches from authorized dealers and/or distributors. All of our watches are brand new and authentic with all original parts, including the manufacturers box and all tags and documents." Not satisfied and I will be returning product for refund. ADZ648 from unknown Member Since: 06/24/2007 View Member's: Reviews	I purchased Tag Heuer watch (CJF2115.BA0576) at a very competitive rate I found my queries were answered fairly swiftly, even considering the time difference between the UK and USA. The only downside is the requirement to pay for the goods using a service called Paily this adds approx $70 to the total cost, however that said they were willing to dispatch the watch to an alternative address such as vacation hotel within the states. Note the purchaser must organise an alternative shipping address to their billing address with their credit supplier. This obviously meant savings on transatlantic postage and taxes which was a nice bonus! However its still annoying if you have gone to the trouble of obtaining approval from your credit card company for this change, then its quite obvious the fee for the purchase has also been authorised, so why pay Paily? On Monday the order was processed and the watch shipped via their free shipping method. When the order was shipped, I received an email with a tracking number. The watch arrived on Thursday.
