Compared to the price of obviously fake watches on ebay price was great. The order was place Wednesday morning; I got email confirmation of the order and of the package being ready of UPS. With the snowy weather in the mid-Atlantic this season, I got a note from UPS highlighting the weather 'exception' causing delays. There was no delay whatsoever. The watch arrived in MA at 1:00pm! Even a call from the credit card company to confirm validity of purchase did not solve the problem. I finally had to use another card to get the order through. I call them, and a guy, I don't remeber his name told me to return it, and I told him about to exchange the watch. I returned the watch by UPS. And I sent an e-mail to TANYA, explaining that I had returned it. She didn't respond my first e-mail. So I decided to call, and of course was closed. So I sent another e-mail, asking for an answer, and also rewriting that I wanted an EXCHANGE. TANYA answered the e-mail, and she said that takes about 7 days the procedures. So... I was waiting againg for the exchange... and they gave me a refund of 128.00 dls. Why???????????? I dind't ask for refund, just exchange. and she didn't sent me an e-mail to tell me this. I was informed of that because amazon sent me an e-mail for the refund. I would never going to buy from jacobtime.com	Overall Rating

weinerj100 from MD Member Since: 06/16/2009 View Member's: Reviews	My experience was not the best but not horrible: 6/8 - called to verify Tag watch was in stock - I was told it was so I placed my order on-line/ 6/8 - credit card was charged/ 6/9 - received a UPS tracking number/ 6/11 - when tracking number didn't have a result I called and was told the reason for the delay was because I requested links taken out (this was not true)/ 6/12 - when tracking number still didn't show active, I called and spoke to the manager who was very helpful - he told me there was an issue with their inventory system and that they really didn't have the item in stock, but that they would have it on 6/15 (Mon) and I would receive the watch the next day/ 6/16 - watch received and it is as advertised/ So, I had a less than stellar experience - the fact that they charged my credit card before shipping the item was the part that really bothered me. However, I did get a great price (about $50 less than other sites). Would I order from them again? Not sure...	Overall Rating

Meaning, 199 for many watches with a retail value at 499. I purchased the Citizen Eco-Drive Lucca BL7160-53E and am very excited to receive it. Jacobtime.com also offers free shipping and insurance, "safebond", through an external company. The website also told me that the item I wanted was in stock and offers to email me information regarding the processing and shipping of my watch.
