I have ordered from them twice now and am contemplating my next order. The lenses I ordered were mint condition, the packaging was great and they arrived within a couple of days. After the first order they phoned to verify a phone number associated with my credit card and the lady was very polite and friendly. I highly recommend this site.	Overall Rating

On 2/15/10 received a phone call saying the item was out of stock but they had a grey market item available with no warranty for the same price. Sounds like BAIT & SWITCH to me.	Overall Rating

Merchant phoned to verify delivery address within 24 hours. Item received in factory packaging, well packed in shipping carton, the next day. Very pleased with purchase; who could ask for more? Added 10 days leter: Product (digital camera lens) performs as expected - further contact with merchant not needed (until I'm ready for another purchase). I made a mistake with the order, but their customer service department helped me correct that before the order was shipped. I received the filter quickly and the filter was exactly as I'd expected.
