The camera I bought broke the 2nd day I had it. when I contacted Newegg and said I wanted to return it and not get a replacement they said their normal policy is not to take returns from credit. I told them that I was leaving town before I could receive a replacement from them so I wanted a credit. After a very short wait the person came back on and said they would allow the return for credit and processed the RMA. I received the RMA documents in my email in less than 10 minutes. It was very easy to use the form and send the product back to them via prepaid UPS.	Overall Rating

However, I always seem to end up back at NewEgg.com. Their pricing normally beats all others. Plus the extremely user-friendly layout of information, filtering and comparison tools, and ready links to manufacturer's sites are worth paying a premium. Glad I don't have to - they keep their prices down somehow!	Overall Rating
