It's nice to know a business will make such an effort. I called Newegg and said that the sample video on the new laptop doesn't work as well as videos from a couple of websites. After the defective laptop was received by Newegg, and instead of receiving a replacement as I was informed, I received an email saying Newegg would let me know within 3 business days if a replacement or refund will be given. I called on the 5th business day to be told to check my email since an email was sent 6 minutes before I called. Newegg's conclusion: "Reason for return could not be confirmed...return to customer." I immediately called Newegg & told them to play the sample video before shipping the laptop back to me. The next morning I received a tracking notice and later received a new laptop. If I didn't stop the return of the defective laptop, I would have waited 3 weeks to have Newegg send back a defective	Overall Rating

The only negative thing I can say is that the credit card processing is too particular. I entered my apartment number on the second address line as it was available on your website and not on my credit card issuer. Your site rejected my initial order and it took approximately 15 minutes for me to determine the issue stopping the completion of my purchase. I almost did not finish as I really did not have the extra time to devote after spending the amount of time researching my purchase. I am extremely happy with the product and delivery.
