The item WAS in stock, according to the call I placed. This prompted me to place my order. 2. The estimated delivery time and explanation was helpful and allows me to "give it" some time as it was reasonable. 3. Cost$$ was great because the price included the shipping cost$$. Easy. Clean. So far... if all goes as explained, this will have been a sweet order. And...you will have SEVERAL happy and returning clients from both Northern and Southern CA (word spreads)! I went to manufacturers' sites, I went to ToysRUs, etc. I visited every place people told me of here in Orlando only to finally find Big Toy Express. No more gas wasting again; it is Big Toy Express. BTE stated that my order may be broken into 2 deliveries: one in 7 days the other in 2 weeks. Much to my surprise ALL of the order arrived in 7 days!. I cannot tell you how that impressed me.
