My order then was shipped and arrived in a timely manner. They provided automated tracking of my shipment, so I could know to the day it would arrive. I did send an e-mail to the sales department asking a specific bulk purchase question and never got a response. That part left me unimpressed and disappointed. If I would have received a response I would have purchased more cameras. I would make sure your people are following up with potential clients asking about large quantity buys. The rest of my experience was fine. All products arrived on time with tracking info being accurate.	Overall Rating

Not sure if they had ever been inflated or if deflated enroute but you guys might want to watch in case there's an issue with them as it obviously made me initially quite concerned about potential damage to the lens (which is fine).
