Ive called 3 times trying to get help. Every person i talked to was VERY rude and impatient. The Last time i called was just to completely cancel my order because they were so frustrating. I sincerely hope everything works but won't know (and have no reason to doubt)until Christmas day. Overall it was a good shopping experience. Thank you.	Overall Rating

However I called customer service and received a rude person who didn't care or want to help. After 5 calls I got some help. Then they made a mistake with my original invoice and have refused to send me another. Nothing came with the product and my 8 emails requesting a receipt have not been returned. Poor customer service and they are lucky I didn't give 1 star but since what I ordered came with no receipt and bad customer service. I will never shop here again as there are vendors offering the same deals and will appreciate your business and have some respect.	Overall Rating

However, it was not shipped until 8 days later. There was no order/shipping status on the site.
