I called them just before my order and asked if the item is in stock. They said yes, 4 days shipping to florida. On 14th I found there was no record of my order in their tracking system. I wrote their customer service, answer: THURSDAY JAN 14, 2010 03:38 PM TS Rep not shipped we must speak to you please call us at 212-633-6807 option 5 I called several times, impossible to get through, then finally friday morning they picked up and said they cannot accept my int'l credit card. What I find absolutely unacceptable is that they didn't bother to inform me the order cannot be processed - for whatever reason. I think they wouldn't let me know at all if I didn't contact them. I also think they lied when they said they had my item in stock -otherwise they probably would try to process it and have found the problem with my card and would have called me. jaymzeberly from unknown Member Since: 12/30/2009 View Member's: Reviews	was scared after i bought it and it said people have had bad experience where they would try to sell stuff to them and if nothing bought they would put order on hold... mine was good, just i wrote an email asking where order was since your online check in was empty, it did not say on the way and i did not get an email saying it was sent or anything.. i just received it, but it was scary until i got it. i would fix those two things and you might get more return customers. amazon sends confirmation right away, there site has info about if shipped or not.. people would rather pay extra to know what is going on in the process. thanks hope this helps :)	Overall Rating
