I returned my purchase completely un-used and with all parts and pieces however I was not refunded my full purchase price. The un-refunded portion they claim was for non-refundable shipping. I bought my purchase with free shipping and the only mention of not getting a full refund in their policy is if you fail to return all parts & pieces. I've tried speaking with them and I'm disappointed they would rather lose a customer than refund my full purchase.	Overall Rating
