After paying US $15.00 for wire fees as quoted, and paying my bank fees of approx. NZ $18.00, the amount the merchant received was US $25.00 short,which I subsequently paid, and with US $32.00 charged, (as quoted) for US Parcels Post freight, I feel I have been ripped off by someone. However, the order placement system stinks. I had bough previously a pretty expensive top of the line Sony VAIO notebook, and I placed an order for a new Sony VAIO last week. Obviously, the account info system/database did not pick up that I used the same credit card, so I had to go thru the hassle to contact AMEX to get the amount approved, etc. All this ping-pong-ing is an annoyng waste of time. I never used them for tech support or any follow up, so I don't know how they would be... Another beef I have is that when I purchase the computer on-line, I did not get automatically directed to buy add-on extended warranty or buy accessories...It's their loss, since I bought from somebody else... Finally, I paid for overnight shipment; I placed the order on Saturday PM, and I got the computer Tuesday afternoon...So save your money and have rnorma	Overall Rating
