I'd comparison shopped for a new color laser and had to go into a meeting before placing my order. When I got out of the meeting, the printer had sold out (here & elsewhere). Called customer support and the very helpful rep managed to locate one for me. It shipped out two days later and arrived as described on 11/25/09. Recommended. The only thing I could really think to improve would be faster notification of shipping / tracking information.	Overall Rating

The battery terminals were a bit awkward to install. I mailed in the warranty card but never received a clarification whether the product was warranty was for 2 or 3 years.
