I almost ordered the machine from another company until I saw its poor ratings. I discovered that TechOnWeb not only had an even lower price but much higher ratings. I sent e-mail to confirm that the machine was new and not refurbished and that it was in stock. I got an answer in less than an hour. To be certain what I was getting for $1,663, I called the company. Joshua Mire, the friendly salesperson I spoke with, patiently answered all my questions and said I could save shipping time if I ordered by phone rather than online. He warned me, however, there would be an extra $5 charge. I placed the order at 12:30 on Monday, selecting the free ground shipping option. Amazingly, before 4:00 on Tuesday the item had been delivered. After hundreds of online purchases this was the best and I'll turn to TechOnWeb first for all future technology purchases. FedEx ended up leaving my $200+ monitor just sitting outside of my apartment on the step. Thankfully nobody took it. If you're pretty sure you won't be home to receive your item, strongly consider contacting Techonweb to ask them to require signature confirmation.	Overall Rating

A hard drive with no cables, no instructions, no hardware what-so-ever, not even the screws. I had to pay the freight to insure and return.
