Just ordered today, and they already sent me an e-mail to say it's on its way. Their prices are lower than on many other sites for the same item. Ground shipping for items over $100 is much less expensive than elsewhere. One of my previous purchases from Beach Audio was defective and had to be replaced, and I was pleased that a live person answered the phone instead of one of those infuriating robot contraptions. The representatve did ask me to contact the manufacturer first to see if there was a way to re-set the item so it would work. There wasn't, and when I reported that back to Beach Audio by e-mail they promptly sent me a pre-paid return label. The replacement came in good time and it's been working fine for the 6 months I've had it. My ratings here are based on my previous experience with Beach Audio. When I visited their site, the price was more expensive. I emailed Beach Audio and a short time later a co. rep. personally telephoned. He apologized, honored the price and included free shipping.
