However in the description it did not provide info like the lining details, but when I inquired via email I was quickly informed. After ordered sent verification email and tracking number for UPS, but didn't know if it was insured or required signature. But overall the site seems user friendly and customer oriented. I was able to continue shopping by clicking on the brands above the statement. The only reason this was confusing is that the CHTCS had a link associated with it and there are only 4 brands shown for you to continue shopping on.	Overall Rating
