Having it to reach me on 16 Apr 08 as a wedding anniversary gift for my wife was joyful. Noticed that the dust bag, care card don't SEEMS TO BE AUTHENTIC, my wife bought it to a local JP TODS outlet for verfication the very next day, CONFIREMD by Local JP TODS merchant that it was a FAKE JP TODS handbag. What a disappointment with this web site as its claimed that all product are 100% AUTHENTIC. If I wanted a FAKE TODS product, I can easily get it at a nearby country, I don't have to get into so much trouble of waiting and waiting for my product to arrived and know that it is a FAKE. I have then sent back the FAKE JP TODS to Designer Import via EXPRESS SPEEDPOST and so far not heard out from them. I have sent couples of email trying to contact their sales/customer service but NOTHING IS HEARD OUT or even a SIMPLE REPLY from them. If you want to go thru the same agony like me, then by all means order from them. Retailer Response (05/19/2008): This item was bought on 4/9 and shipped to Singapore where it already reached the customer on 4/16. Our office was closed for ten days from 4/18 to 4/27 and the customer was already credited on 4/28. JP Tods handbags don\'t come with any care card, so I don\'t know what he is referring too. We have sold 1000 of Tods bags without any complain. We again confirmed with a local Tods store that all of our Tods bags are 100% authentic.	Overall Rating

Called on December 20th because I still hadn't received merchandise and was informed that it was never shipped out. They shipped it express at their expense and I did receive it, however it was too late as I was seeing the recipient before Christmas. Had I not followed up, I wouldn't have had the item at all.
