The next day the price went down to $18.50. I email and called to ask for the lower price since I just order it and was refused. The item is still being shipped to me and I should get it next week. The merchant told me I should have used a third party website (Xbit Labs) to check the product. Compuvest should have advertised the product correctly. BUT, THEN THEIR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL STATES THAT YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST FAX THEM A DOCUMENT IF YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT THAN YOUR BILLING ADDRESS. I IMMEDIATELY EMAILED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER. A VERY NICE PERSON RESPONDED TO SAY THAT THIS FAX FORM IS NOT ALWAYS REQUIRED, BUT THAT THEY WOULD CANCEL THE ORDER. NO OTHER VENDOR I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH REQUIRES SUCH A BACKWARD THING. MY HOME ADDRESS WAS LONG AGO REGISTERED WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I HAVE ASKED TO HAVE MY PROFILE DELETED FROM THEIR SYSTEM AS I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THIS VENDOR. IF THEY DON'T REALLY REQUIRE A FAX FOR AN ONLINE ORDER, THEY SHOULD FIX THEIR EMAIL. That means I got ripped off and why would I use this business again? UPDATE: Our item never did arrive. I called compuvest and they stated that it had been deliverd on a certain date to our front door. We live out in the middle of the Wyoming desert and as a result I KNOW exactly what days I am not home (one a weeked) on the date that Fed-Ex supposedly deliverd the package I was home and none of my three dogs barked to tell me someone was here (they all do). We were point blank ripped off by Fed-Ex. I will not order anything on the internet again that is deliverd to the door.	Overall Rating
