Their search engine however finds things not related to search string, and doesn't also find things requested. Further, the left navigation does not contain all categories, or at least does not categorize things well. As long as you have found what you are looking for, overall NW is great to deal with. Updated: Received my order in excellent condition. The order didn't appear to be fulfilled longer than I excpected (4-5 bus days). I emailed and received a really good, detailed response on why, how their process works, etc. I was assured that I would receive my order in the time they indicated. The order estimated 5-8 bus. days to be delivered from the order date. Though it took longer than expected to be shipped out of the warehouse, they did what they said they would do. The freight company they used was excellent as well. They called to arrange delivery while my order was on the road from California. I'll be looking at NextWarehouse again.	Overall Rating

The website quoted a price of $0.54 for qty="1", and decreasing prices for qty="2 ~ 3", qty="4 ~ 7", qty="8 ~ 14", and "15 and above". I only needed one, but ordered 2 for the hell of it. Got an email telling me minimum order is for a carton of 3000. I called and was told they "haven't gotten around to changing our website." The very fact that they were quoting different prices for 1, 2 or 5 contradicts the idea of any minimum order. In any decent store, the price on the shelf is the price the customer pays regardless if there was an error in pricing, and if it doesn't specify a minimum quantity, there isn't one. I guess Next Warehouse doesn't want to bother with customers only spending about $1, but they should consider that those same customers may later be looking to buy equipment to set up their employers new computer facility. Not Smart. Retailer Response (01/29/2010): Please understand that some of items are not suitable to buy in small qty because of the packaging ways. We want the items arrive to customers in the manufacturing original ways to ensure the items' quality. Beside, no one like the ones be re-pack in other ways (who knows whether they are from the original Mfg or not).	Overall Rating
