This is nonsence and notified them of same and they have advised that my account would be credited. Am still awaiting deleation from Visa. Obviously, this outfit is a waste of time to deal with. This happened to me... even on a $670 order. Wouldnt follow-through with BBB.org process and wouldnt reply to other calls. Would you ship anything valued at $670 without requiring a signature? I such as heck wouldnt... but these guys will. And stiff you for it. Yeah... I'm out $670. Retailer Response (03/12/2010): Customer ordered online and gave us a address where he lived long time ago (probably years ago). The item was delieved to that address. He called back after long time after that package has been delieved and claimed that he made mistake to give us the wrong address and asked to recovered it. He refused to report to police department or contact the current people living there. Since he made mistake in wrong address and the insurance company denied the claim. We really wished he can do something to help to resolve this issue. But he did not want to do anything at all.	Overall Rating

You order on Day 1. On Day 4 they charge your credit card. Then they sit on the order until Day 10 (trying to get the order to you within 8 business days). Then on Day 13 you finally get the order. So they floated your credit for about a week to fund their business. Their prices are usually pretty good, but I do NOT want to wait TWO WEEKS for stuff any more!!! They can deny this, but this is the EXACT timeline for the order I referenced in this review and I have at least 3 other recent examples of them doing the same thing. SEE YA! Retailer Response (03/10/2010): We do guarantee taht your items will be arrived on 5-8 business days. We do have shipping option if there is a time constraint. And, please understand that you order was placed on Frieday night, your order was handled on Monday.	Overall Rating

This is the first time I had a vendor ask about shipping to an alternate address and informed me that the credit card companies provide this service free of charge. It shows they take fraud and security seriously. 3 cheers As far as shipping communication was poor. Website never updated and got conflicting info every other day when I called.
