Now if delivey is prompt, I will be very happy. Delivery was excellent, however I continue to have trouble loggiing into the website, even after laboriously resetting the password. The order was placed on 9/13/2008 *Saturday*. We are closed on weekends so we processed the order on 9/15/2008 and the latest the customer would have gotten the package was 9/25/2008, the package will be delivered on 9/24/2008 so we are within our promised time frame. If the customer would have wanted the order sooner, we do offer faster shipping times but it was not chosen.	Overall Rating

Have been waiting a month to receive my order, which got damaged in transit and returned to sender without touching my doorstep. It was further hampered by the address state defaulting to Alabama instead of forcing you to pick one. The first time I picked a state it did not save it, and defaulted back to Alabama. When a customer orders on line and there are mistakes, the company (in this case you guys) should provide a life human been that thinks by himself to call the customer and tell him or her that the order didn't go thru for ayz reason. I found e-mails alerting me to call but I found their e-mails two weeks later. I hope you guys can fulfill those customer's needs that I believe are very important.	Overall Rating
