It's a little misleading. All information should be showm prior to actually placing the order. All other websites are right up front with their shipping charges.	Overall Rating

After several lengthy attempts to get a RMA number from Customer Service, I finally returned the items (w/ Delivery Confirmation and Insurance). The order was returned and delivered on 12/11/2009. On 12/29/2009 I called to check on the exchange. I was told that they did not receive my order and to send proof that it was delivered. I emailed the proof. Instead of an exchange, I was told that my order was processed for a refund! Now I am waiting for them to process the "refund". I bet they try to charge the 10% restocking fee even though I requested an exchange! Stay away from this company!! Their Customer Service Dept is horrible!	Overall Rating
