They answered my question, which was how long it would take to arrive. If they read these reviews and I owned this company, I would have offered to take my order on the phone and not redirect me to the computer in case I changed my mind. I was extremely satisfied with the completion and delivery of my first order. This site is very easy to use. They could have received a higher rating by not charging me shipping for the Honeywell replacement air cleaners that I ordered with this vacuum. Shipping was free for the vacuum and they could just put the filters in this same shipping box and not charged the $7.80 fee.	Overall Rating
