Been very happy with my Dells (3 desktops and a laptop), and plan on sticking with Dell, although their choice of delivering carrier need to be reconsidered. FedEx has become very lax in their home delivery schedules. One of my desktops was in my town at the FedEx distribution for 2 days before delivery was attempted. |

This is the seventh Dell computer that I have purchased for me and my grandkids - the last was a Dell laptop for a grandson that was purchased at Best Buy. Dell has made wonderful computers for my judgement. Wish you would get me correctly on your mailing list, however. I am receiving all the mail for a granddaughter, Megan Lavoie and have tried to correct this to no avail. Just wish you made a desktop just like the large screen all-in-one computer like HP has so I can replace this Dell 8400 that I am currently using. I am getting e-mails from you. |

I was pricing this equipment in the AM and I thought shipping was free. This afternoon it cost me $12.00. Also, I went to the web site based on a newspaper flyer. I punched in the "value code" and I got different equipment than was in the flyer. Confusing. Also, at check out, in a pop up window I was asked for additional security information requested by my bank. I don't like being asked for additional information that my bank should already know. It seems fishy to me. |

This is the third wireless mouse I have had to buy is they just do not last (batteries replaced do not seem to matter). I love the wireless mouse concept as it doubles as a remote control when I sit back and watch something on my 23" monitor connected to my laptop. However, it is the pits when they suddenly die for no reason! |

I was appalled that I could get the exact same monitor offered at $199 to add to my computer bundle for $139 on sale from Dell, which incidentally also listed the original price as $189, NOT $199. That is bad form Dell. |

Phoned in twice, call dropped after extensive wait twice. Once I did get an operator, but no sales assistance. Got kicked out, or I should say locked-up, in on-line ordering. My third purchse from Dell. I've had great Tech Support, or I'd go somewwhere else! Had same issue with my order in 2007. |

Only problem is having the name of the company (MiraCosta College) on the shipping address which is my home (I am a retiree of the above college, but eligible for employee rate according to Abdy Azfali, the MCC representative for purchasing.) I hope having "MiraCosta College" and my employee # visible on the address label won't hold up delivery. |

upset that i got a price qoute earlier in the day on the 11th. and on the same day in the evening the same computer with no changes when up 50$. I was going to buy it that night, but didnt because of this reason. The girl that replaced the guy that was helping me didnt really want to listen to what i had to say. She already knew what i was complaining about before i said anything. This is my first time ordering from dell and my computer better be worth what i paid for it. |
