It was hard to find a phone number to call because Dell hides it in small font in the upper right part of the page. Then I was put on hold. I almost gave up but returned to the web page and this time the order was accepted. I almost switched to HP because I got so fed up.	Overall Rating

FedEx has become very lax in their home delivery schedules. One of my desktops was in my town at the FedEx distribution for 2 days before delivery was attempted.	Overall Rating

Dell has made wonderful computers for my judgement. Wish you would get me correctly on your mailing list, however. I am receiving all the mail for a granddaughter, Megan Lavoie and have tried to correct this to no avail. Just wish you made a desktop just like the large screen all-in-one computer like HP has so I can replace this Dell 8400 that I am currently using. I am getting e-mails from you.	Overall Rating

Also, I went to the web site based on a newspaper flyer. I punched in the "value code" and I got different equipment than was in the flyer. Confusing. Also, at check out, in a pop up window I was asked for additional security information requested by my bank. I don't like being asked for additional information that my bank should already know. I love the wireless mouse concept as it doubles as a remote control when I sit back and watch something on my 23" monitor connected to my laptop.
