I would like to have seen more photos and a better description. If you could combine Newegg's shopping experience with Tigerdirect's Youtube video descriptions Dell would have the best shopping site on the net. |

I have had nothing but trouble with this inkjet printer, a V505w. With email online support I have uninstalled and installed the printer drivers several times when the printer failed to work altogether and the INK RESERVOIR NOTICE (and page to order ink) is gone totally now. To order a simple thing like printer ink I must travel the Dell Help and Support (every time) and fish around for printers then ink. Sometimes it's there, sometimes not. Plus nothing remembers prior purchases. It's a nuisance. This time it took almost an hour to spend $100 for printer ink. |

I purchased "Download - H&R Block At Home Deluxe E-file State 2009" so I thought that I would be able to download this software but it appears that this software is being shipped to me. If there was an option to download this software instead of having is shipped to me I did not notice it. |

I would rate everything excellent, but before I finished the eight hour special expired. That cost me an upgraded proccessor or about $75.00. I think once you are in the order process you should get the pricing when you logged in. I'm a little disappointed. |

I have bought Dell Products for the past 3 years. But my experience with Telephone Reps with poor English is inexcusable. Also Dell's online checkout is very poor compared with other online companies. These 2 issues are being discussed regularly. |

This has been one of my worse experiences to order a product on line. The process would not let me order ink either as a guest or Dell customer. It is madding to set up an order and go thru the process only to dead ended at the payment page. Could not scrool down the press "continue". I still don't know how I did this time. PS I tried to purchase at Walmart but they were out of Black ink. Once I was able to order on line things went very well. |

Only problem I had was that in entering my zip code in the format allowed by the on line system, it left out the hyphen between the first five and last four digits. It then said that was a non-standardized address format and could delay delivery or cause the wrong tax amount, etc. There was no way in the system to make it add a hyphen. That just added a few minutes to the order process while I tried to figure out how to make it a "standardized" address format. |

The ad that caught my eye when I decided to purchase this computer said FREE SHIPPING WITHIN 48 HOURS. When I was making my on-line purchase I was given several options where I had to select a delivery according to a fee. That was dissapointing. I could not get your chat room to work! I would have liked to have these options explained to me. I will be satisfied to pay the delivery charges if I get my new Dell in 48 hours. Thank you |

As a long time Dell customer, it seems that customer service has reached an all time low, along with that Dell appears not to want to remain competitive and offer to loyal customers price matching, I now find that other stores are offering the same printer (Epson 810) for $179.00 and Dells price is $219.00. I feel that good customers deserve to be given the best price that others are too willing to give on the same product. This may be a short term gain for Dell, but will persuade loyal customers like myself to take my hard earned money elsewhere. Michael Dell. something needs to be done. Also I was not given 3% dicount for choosing Dell Preferred account, and I would like that to be corrected. Reeves |

This is the third time I've purchased merchandise from Dell on line and have been pleased with the service. I do think there should be a seperate billing and mailing address since they are not always the same. |

The system kept rejecting my order because my SSN and mother's maiden name were supposedly wrong, which they weren't. It was hard to find a phone number to call because Dell hides it in small font in the upper right part of the page. Then I was put on hold. I almost gave up but returned to the web page and this time the order was accepted. I almost switched to HP because I got so fed up. |

Been very happy with my Dells (3 desktops and a laptop), and plan on sticking with Dell, although their choice of delivering carrier need to be reconsidered. FedEx has become very lax in their home delivery schedules. One of my desktops was in my town at the FedEx distribution for 2 days before delivery was attempted. |
