They insisted that my DVD drive is damaged and they cannot help me unless I get a new one. But I managed to fix it on my own without replacing anything, but they refused to give me a refund saying their tech did their best! Well, it's definitely not best enough. And they charged me for something they weren't able to provide. It's only $49 and they're willing to ruin their reputation for that! I hope they remove me from their mailing list!	Overall Rating

There is absolutely no management and no responsibility in the sales department and the customer service. If they make a mistake which they sometimes do, they never fix it. The UPS shipping is a hassle, compared to the easy shipping by Amazon.	Overall Rating

I have a built in tool where I can view a page in my firefox in IE but most people don't know about it and it uses a lot more memory and presumably because of volume due to sales page refreshes, changes etc were operating slow enough. The chat option simply kept crashing I believe due to volume when I tried to use it to ask a question. And even if volume wasn't an issue, the things not working in firefox would be a HUGE issue in general. No excuse for that these days - it's the 2nd most popular browser	Overall Rating

I ordered my part from Dell.com 2 weeks ago and it has not shipped yet. During the check-out they didn't warn that there is a shortage of the product and gave me a estimated shipping time. after 1 week they e-mailed and said thay are in shortage. Bad shortage policy!!
