I ordered my perfume, got it pretty quickly, just to open it and find that the spray nozzle had obviously been ripped off and put back on. I smelled the perfume and it was NOT THE PERFUME THAT I ORDERED! Someone had obviously attempted to put some knockoff in the bottle and pass it off for what I ordered. I have been wearing the same fragrance for 10 years, I should know. So I emailed them.. got an auto response that said that they would email me back in ONE DAY. I didn't get a response after a WEEK OF WAITING. So I emailed them AGAIN and finally got a very rude response back saying that it isn't a knockoff and there is nothing they can do. I am LIVID. I asked for tracking information for my order but was told that there is none available. I asked for a refund but received absolutelly nothing again! Stay away from these guys!
