I was referred to the site via Fragrantica.com with a link that advertised an 11% off coupon. After I placed the order, I emailed customer service to advise I could not apply the 11% coupon and asked them to apply it to my order and I was told to present a valid coupon. I advised they should tell the site to remove their name as it shed a bad light on the company and requested the status of my order. I was told AFTER MY REQUEST that my order was on hold for one item. Then I realized that my charge account had been charged on the day I made the purchase. I still have not received my order nor have I received notification that the order is completed without the missing item. I, unfortunately, have to rescind my first review of this merchant. I have no idea of the quality of the merchandise, I have not received my order AND on top of that, I am paying for something that I have not received.	Overall Rating
