Calls to BabyAge (expect 30 minute wait times) resulted in customer service lying about the status of our order. They refused to let us cancel our order repeatedly (we called three times) until the day it did ship. Customer service agent was rude and gave me the incorrect shipping number, and a manager is never on the floor (Imagine a company where there's never a manager around to handle problems!). Now the item will be received too late in time for our Christmas trip up to the child who would have received the bicycle. Instead we shopped elsewhere, and got a better price. I suggest you do too. On 11/29/08 I ordered a girls bike to be given to charity for Christmas. On 12/10,11 & 12,I called to see where it was,no one could tell me the status of my order & said Cust.Serv. would call me the next day,no one ever called. I needed the bike by 12/12/08, when it didn't come by then I called & canceled the order & went to a local store. I was dumb founded at the ineptitude of the people answer the phones,that they couldn't track my order,the only thing they told me was that it was suppose to be there in 3-5 days,that obviously didn't happen. I never received a confirmation email. Two days later I got a hold of customer service. It turned out the order never went through. Luckily the woman helping me was so nice and promptly placed the order for me. Only bummer was that I was not able to get the no shipping special with the PAYPAL coupon, so I had to spend an extra $7.95. Hopefully my order will get in on the promised day.	Overall Rating

I ordered what was suppose to be a three in one set, for a very low price. I read everything on their listing as a third party at Amazon. When I got the package it was ONE of the three sets. They are blaming Amazon and demanding I remove my review at Amazon. Once is an honest mistake or clerical error, twice is a pattern of intentionally misleading customers. I'm still emailing Amazon and Baby Age back and forth and if there is a positive resolution to this issue I will post it here. An additional issue is that the packaging was minimal. They only put a think cardboard wrapper around the box with the toy inside it. Well, when the package arrived my daughter saw what the box was. In addition the invoice printed on the top of the package said what the order was of. Needless to say a surprise was ruined.	Overall Rating

The packaging was awful and I was intimitated by it. It looked like a suspicious package, so I put it into my garage instead of my home and upon returning from work, forgot about it. The reason I was afraid of it: the box said, "medical products- do not cut" and was labeled Hospera and sodium chloride. The box was quite beaten in and sloppily taped. I had no clue this was from your company since I was expecting a box with your label on it. Today I found your packing slip on one side. Not how I wanted to receive a baby item. How do I know if chemical residue isn't in that box? The baby item was not even wrapped...just placed directly in the box. I'd rather pay more for shipping that receive items in this manner.
