The phone looks brand new, although it shipped in a different box from the retail model. I'll charge it overnight and I'll know tomorrow how it works. I have been using it for days and am very happy. It shipped on time and was at my house four days after I placed the order. I am very satisfied. I was hesitant to purchase based on the other reviews here, but I figured that I couldn't go wrong on a refurbished cable! My experience was excellent. I received a confirmation and tracking number right after I placed the order. The item was well packed, and the item came in Sony packaging. Never expect a 2.95 shipping charge can get that much. I just bought a wide-angle lens from them again. So far so good. Granted most of the items I have purchased have been from the bed and bath division, but still I would not hesitate to buy from them again. After 2 unsuccessful tries with two other merchants, I talked to a real live human being at overstock.com.
