Ordered a Viper 5902 On Thursday 2/25/10 with Dodge bypass, Called all day Thursday and never got through wasted many cell minutes at the end of a 15 Min wait it said call can not go through.Called again friday got through was told my item would ship out Friday today... Got email later today saying no tracking yet wouldnt ship till monday, tired of stressing over this and reading bad reviews. I have emailed them Tonight 2/26/10 and asked for a full refund If they respond ASAP i will change my review to positive. I honestly belive this company dosent stock any products and just orders them once people order off their site. PLease refund my order ASAP Thank you. Although they do respond to emails fairly quick. *i will update with refund status* |

Read the other BAD reviews. If you ordered from this Company - CALL your bank NOW and file a fraud claim. I could tell you my story but it is the exact same as all the others. Over the course of a month I sent 24 emails - The same story...Backorder, UPS tracker was setup - No Product after a month. No return calls... It is a SCAM. They scammed me for $500. Don't be the next victim. |

THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES!! THEY STOLE $300.99 FROM ME. They do not have a business license in Santa Clara, CA. I called the city. Their address is a mail center (like a PO BOX). I let them put me off past 60 days and was not able to dispute the charges with my credit card. And this company refused to return my money and now my emails. Because they don't have an actually address you cannot find they to sue them. |

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CROOK NEVER RECIEVED MY PRODUCT I placed an order 2 weeks ago for my fiance for valentine's day... to make a very long story short... 1. Emailed about not having any status (I HAVE HAD TO MAKE EVERY SINGLE ATTEMPT OF CONTACT TO THIS IDIOT) 2. Got an email back saying it was backordered 3. Emailed asking how long and was told 2 days 4. Got a new email saying shipped with a tracking # 5. Emailed again because there was no information included with the tracking # 6. He told me that it was "Pending" which was funny since he took the money out of my account ASAP 7. Emailed again asking how long and if it could make it by Valentine's Day 8. He said they see no problem with this 9. Emailed again asking how long and he said it was backordered from the distrubitor which is funny since he already told me the shipping to out house was pending... 10. Tried SEVERAL times to call and he will not answer and still has not shipped my product...!!! |

Do not Buy Them, Do not buy from them or you'll have the worst experience of your life! I bought a pair of speakers and a sub on Dec/20/2009 we are in Feb/14/2010 and still not received my stuff. not even for a moment consider buying from DCCA, they are liars! after a minimum 40 e-mail `s and many hours on the phone waiting, trying to talk with them to resolve (they never answer the phone never!) I contacted my bank to get my money back(the only way). DCCA should be banned from the enternet.. |

Wish I had read reviews sooner on Dealer Cost Car Audio dealercostcaraudio.com... After waiting 3 weeks for shipment, we cancelled our order and were told to expect a refund soon. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, as Robert Jones strung us along through countless emails. Now nearly 4 months later, they STILL have not voluntarily refunded the money due. I have contacted my bank; they are doing what is neccesary to get the refund. I highly suggest anyone in the same situation do so as well. This SCAM of a company needs to be shut down NOW and learn the meaning of "what goes around comes around". BUYERS BEWARE!!! |

IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, BEWARE. Ordered radio on 8/15/09 paid $191.97 with credit card which was immediately charged. 157 days later, no stereo, no refund. For 12 weeks item on "back order and would be shipped any day". Many many emails later told them to cancel and refund money. They never did. Wrote to CA with complaint. They wrote to Dealer Cost Car Audio and Dealer Cost replied to them they had canceled and refunded on 1/27/10. Today is 2/9/2010 still no refund. My bank now has all the copies of emails and letters to try and get my money back! Please, if you were "ripped" off by Dealer Cost Car Audio, FORMALLY COMPLAIN. It may keep others from being taken in and their money "stolen". |

Simply put, this company and its owners should be put out of business forever. After 45 days of BS I recieved the wrong amp. When I could get them on the phone, they said everything was fine and to expect it shortly. I researched the company and this is the 3rd one the same guys have opened. Seem to start a new company when things get bad enough. I would recommend you steal one from someone before you buy from this company. And just imagine how many people they screwed and never took the time to file a complaint on line? STAY AWAY, I'm not just a Mad man, I buy online all the time and this was the worste experience. |

Ordered a Sony stereo and two weeks later the unit was still not shipped. Customer service has been good and prompt, usually responding within two hours. I would avoid this place, seems like a scam. Also waiting for my money to be credited back. Listen to the reviews found here, I didn't. The price got the best of me. Ended up just buying the Sony unit at my local car stereo shop for ten dollars more. |

They sent me a email saying one of the amps was on backorder, which is fine but if they dont even carry the product why did they charge it to my card immediately. I mean really who charges you and takes an order for merchandise they dont even carry? I never received anything. It only got settled when I contacted my bank about there fraudulent practices and got a chargeback. Then DC called & asked me to cancel the chargeback. DC tried to tell me it would take 30 days to get my money back via chargeback. In reality my bank refunded the money 10 mins after I called them. Then I called crutchfield who shipped my merchandise two days later. While dealer cost was still feeding me lies. Prices are irrelevant if you never actually receive the product. In reality crutchfield is cheaper because they will actually ship your merchandise. |

Ordered Dec 19th. Sent email on Dec 30th and was told item was backordered. I asked for a refund and was told the item would ship within 48 hours. (I agreed to keep order) On Jan 4th received email that the item shipped and was even given a tracking number. Verified with UPS and the tracking number was simply billed, nothing shipped out. Was told on 1/7 that item was backordered. My credit card was billed weeks ago. I do not think this is an honest company and would not recommend doing business with them. |

Ordered the Viper 5901 for a Xmas gift. Few days went by and no word so I emailed Customer Service who promptly responded that the alarm would arrive in time. As the day before Xmas Eve arrived I doubted this promise and again Emailed Customer Service inquiring about the order - to which another prompt response informed me that they were waiting for DEI's (manufacturer) shipment and that overnight shipping ($45) would be paid for at not cost to me in order to get the alarm to me before Xmas if they in fact received the shipment from DEI in time. I was very pleased when the alarm did in fact arrive on Xmas Eve just in time to gift. I would reccomend this level of customer service to anyone, anyday. |

I placed my order as a birthday present for my girlfriend on September 11, 2009. I ordered her a remote start alarm for her car and i have stil not recieved my refund. I patiently waited for 1 month for my product (after i even paid for 2day shipping). after that 1st month i asked for a refund. waited another month for my money, finally talked to someone over the phone after sending about 35 emails and getting empty promise from "Robert Jones", the operator said for some reason it had never been cancelled. so he cancelled it and i finally got a cancellation email (transaction ID 2603485388. I still havent got my refund and have had a beyond horrible experience with first no product, second no refund! DO NOT EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THEM NO MATTER WHAT FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS YOU MAY READ!!!! These guys are frauds and once they know you are aware of this they will talk crap right back to you! |
