These guys advertised in stock and led me on for weeks a few days at a time. They told me friday that the truck was at their dock and would send order today (monday). Today I called to confirm and was told maybe they would have product in two weeks. This appears to be the mode of operation from this company. Bait and switch. Canceled order after nearly 3 weeks of promises. Shouldn't advertise as in stock if it is not going to be available for close to a month. |

My Credit Card was charged on the day that I ordered the item. It was a Gift to someone finally after 30 days when I called the recipient they did not have it and I called merchant to be informed that it was shipping out that day! I would never do business with them again. The least they should have offered was to reverse the shipping cost! They are very unresponsive to their customers. |

The initial order was processed and delivered promptly. However, the return process has been terrible. I understand that when items are shipped & returned directly to the manufacturer it make take a little longer than dealing directly with the merchant but the lack of follow up is very frustrating. My return item was received by the manufacturer on 11/3; I emailed them on 12/3 and as of today (12/19) I still don't have a refund. When I called to inquire they blamed it on the holiday rush and seemed annoyed that I would be calling about this. Not exactly friendly customer service. If they are having issues getting a credit from the manufacturer the least they can do is keep their customer informed. |

Ordered from a company within my state and paid the tax thinking that I would have the cooler by the weekend. Two days later the item still hasn't shipped and it is coming from across the country so I won't see it for a week even after it ships. Don't expect timely service if you order from this company. |

Communication is extremely poor. I ordered on 3 July and never heard anything until 12 July and only after I made an inquiry as to the status of my order. On 12 July they said my order would be shipped in 2-3 days. By 18 July I heard nothing and then emailed them to cancel my order. I received no explanation other than "thank you, your order has been cancelled." I am assuming that these people do not stock anything and simply drop ship from the manufacturer and therefore are at the mercy of the manufacturer in fulfilling the order. I do not recommend beveragefactory.com. My employer (a film industry CEO in Los Angeles) was very upset with me when I could not do my job and order a refrigerator for him. All thanks to beveragefactory.com. Not at all professional. |

YES! I would recommend BeverageFactory.com! They made it painless! I ordered my item on Thursday night, on Friday morning I had an email verifying my order and by that following Wednesday I had an email saying it shipped. It arrived a few days later. I was very pleased with how easy it was and how I received an email every step of the way. Not to mention my husband loved it! Thanks BeverageFactory.com |

I ordered one Avanti WC5101DZD wine cooler. After a 10 day delay becausee of back order they shipped me a Haier BEER cooler. Wrong brand, wrong type of cooler. I offered to keep beer cooler for a discounted price to save Beverage Factory return FedEx charges. I also requested that they send the proper wine cooler. The proper wine cooler was never sent.I am still awaiting the refund of $248 on the discounted price on the beer cooler. |

placed this order and told it would ship and be received prior to xmas. As an after thought I decided to call and verify today and was told I would not receive it before xmas. I am angry at this lack of service. A phone call or e-mail notifying me of such would have been courteous. The salesperson convinced me to get this unit, knowing my concern was receiving it before xmas. I was told it would not be an issue with the 7-10 shipping time. I call today and find out it would not ship before x-mas |
