I am the purchasing mgr for a small business and I have never recieved such GREAT service from any company. They always help when I call with any problems or just solutions. I couldn't ask for a better office supplier and believe me I have tried. OD keep up the good work!!!!!! |

This is the second consecutive order that has been lost or misrouted. Calls to Office Depot "support" give me a run down of what was ordered but no delivery status or insight other than what I can see on the internet. Just like last time, the operator told me "I'll call the warehouse and see what's happening." Someone should call you in three or four hours. After informing her that it was already three pm, there was a deafening silence. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I'LL ORDER FROM THESE MORONS. |

they cacelled my order after i use a coupon code with the pickup store option. This is after the website put my order through and they cancelled it the next day. after that the item is sold out before i could reorder |

I ordered an emachine T6524 online, but for some reason the only one available was in the store on display in my home town. The delivery person called our home # and left a message wondering if that was OK, since there was no box. I went to the store and looked at it, was a good machine, but it was too weird not knowing if manuals, CD's etc were all there, so I got the credit card charge cancelled. The order should have said display model only and I would have cancelled immediatley. |

BEWARE!!! Purchased an HP Media Center m7250n. I should have received a new unit. Instead, I received a unit which was previously returned, as the packaging still had the return authorization number on it. Website makes no mention that the unit was previously returned and/or refurbished. Although Office Depot gave me an additional discount, I still feel as though I was misled. Just for this reason alone, I probably will not buy from them again. As they say: Once bitten, twice shy. |

I guess OD made a big improvement. I ordered a Memorex External Dual Layer DVD±RW from their website. Before ordering I emailed OD for more informations. They replied promptly in 24 hrs. they delivered it in three days as the website said. I called for the rebate form and they were fine on the phone. I then called to return the item. They picked it up the next day, free pickup. They sent me a full refund within two weeks. Great, I’d like to order from them again. |

This was the best task chair I have ever purchased for my home office. They are the only ones I know that have the Patriot task chair. I like that the site informs the viewer of duty use for their chairs. This chair has a lifetime warranty and ISN'T MADE IN CHINA! It is well-made in Taiwan. The shipped it for free. No they don't tell you the time they are going to deliver so it can be a little bit of a hassle. You need to have someone home the whole day. Their truck delivered the heavy box. |

But when I stopped by the store to pick up, I was told the item was out of stock because store inventory is not linked to their website. I call their Internet sale representative and was told that the price I purchased from the Internet was an error. I am disappointed with their service. |

I ordered a Brother fax machine online and chose in-store pickup. When I went to the store, OfficeDepot told me the price was wrong and the in-store price was double as what I saw online. They even didn't want to help to check my account to see the order information. Bad experience! |

I want to return a PDA for a full refund at an OfficeDepot store. However, even it is within 14 days, and this item is still in sealed package, I was told that I can only get an even exchange for this item. I bought way too many technology items from many different stores, and this is the first time that I heard this kind of stuff. I wouldn't buy this item at OD if I knew that I will stuck with it forever after I swipped my credit card. I will never buy anything from them again. |

Horrible experience. I bought a fax machine from office depot which came with a rebate. I emailed to them to request for a receipt and never received any response from them. The rebate was rejected because of the receipt problem. So I called them. The representatives were VERY RUDE and it was my first time to hear that kind of impolite and impatient voice. Nightmare!!! |

I ordered a number of items on Nov 8, 2004 and recieved all the items 4 days later. I usually recieve packages from Office Depot in two days maximum, but this time they took a while to verify my credit card (I dunno why because I filled in all required information). As long as I recieved all my items i have no problem and would purchase from them again. |

I will NEVER purchase from OD again. I stayed home to accept the delivery, they never showed or left a note. I called OD & they did not show a deliver attempt & said they didn't know what happened & they would call me (which they never did. I was never told they would try the next day & if I wasn't there they would send it back). Now the product is not available,I stayed home from work for nothing. I tried to speak w/ a supervisor,was placed on hold & disconnected 4 times! I finally just gave up |

Iordered a cartridge& 2bookcases.Thecartr.came w/an invoice that charged me for the bkcases,but no BKcases came.I called Off.depot.They promised2 send me 2more bkcases-next day arrival.Day2 no bkshelves I called& OD could't tell me anything except they should be here already.She said someone would call me the next day.NO-one called.I calledOD,they promised next day del. I buy many items online & Office Depot is by far the best deal out there. Also office depot offers money off coupons that are easy to find one the net. I received $20 off on a $100 purchase on a $119 phone. So the phone was $99 w/ free shipping! Customer service is aways easy to reach & is most helpful. Don't be afraid to use office depot online & start saving your money today. |

I will never order anything from OfficeDepot.com again. I ordered (what I thought) was a good deal on a printer with a mail in rebate and some paper, got the paper but never recieved the printer. When I called the Customer Service said, "Oh yeah, that printer is discontinued so we cancelled your order without telling you". After haggling for a bit she did "find" the printer at another warehouse and offered to ship it full price with no rebate. BAIT AND SWITCH! Don't waste your time. |

I was told the product would arrive Friday. Product still not here and when I called to check on it I was told my order was on 'hold'. When the person checked on it I was then told to expect it on Tuesday or possibly Thursday due to a 'third party' carrier. When it still did not arrive I called again and was again told the order was on 'hold' and passed to another person who said the order was 'pending' and the product is not backordered, but they just haven't shipped it. Still not shipped! |

I ordered the Palm T3 on Thursday for $199.99. So I ordered it with the idea that since they were a chain store they would offer good service. I checked on the order status Friday and credit card charged and order shipped. That status remained the same through the weekend. Then on monday they emailed me "The correct price of the item is $398.00, and we would be delighted to provide this item to you at this price." This cost me to miss another store's almost as good price. |

Office Depot offered a limited time New Year's half-off sale on Palm Tungsten T3 online, and even though I have an email confirmation of the sale, they are reneging on the deal, claiming a typographical error. Other retailers have owned up and made good, but not Office Depot. |

I called them to find out what is going on, they said they did it because the price is too good and they would not grand me the same price on the yesterday's price. Very bad customer service!!! Do not buy from them again! |
